Early morning 1000m freestyle swim in 19 minutes. Bit of a niggle behind my right knee cap???
Evening yasso run session - 1 mile warm up, 6 yassos, 1 mile cool down - 6.5 miles in 57 minutes. Legs felt strong and I enjoyed it. Niggle gone!!
I am a triathlete aiming to complete another 70.3 in 2010 and a full Ironman in 2011. I used to swim competetively, have run 3 marathons and love cycling. Hopefully in 2010 I will come back from injury to complete my goals.
