Double training session again tonight with the tri club:
50 mins turbo session - pyramids and one legged sets, then
2000m swim sets
I really enjoy this double session now, despite it being quite tough

I am a triathlete aiming to complete another 70.3 in 2010 and a full Ironman in 2011. I used to swim competetively, have run 3 marathons and love cycling. Hopefully in 2010 I will come back from injury to complete my goals.
