Monday 10th August

1000m easy early morning swim in 19 minutes. My back is not good at the moment - I need to think about going to pilates again.

Running speed drills with the club tonight. Very good session - we covered about 5 miles in total with about 3 miles of that doing sprints and recovery. I wish we had started these sessions a few months ago. I just hope my back enjoyed it too....
